Rockets guard James Harden leads the NBA with an average of 10.3 free throws attempted per game, making 16 more this season than any other player has attempted. But in the six games since he took 19 free throws against Charlotte prior to Monday’s game against the Jazz, he has averaged 5.6 per game, taking six or fewer in five of those games.
