An application filed with Houston's planning and development department show plans to build out Timber Forest Dr. for a 390-acre subdivision on the shore of Lake Houston.

The Reserve at Lakewood Pines is an expansion of the Lakewood Pines Preserve homes being marketed by KB Homes, with houses priced between $203,000 and $254,000.
