Several H Town Restaurant Group employees have elevated their knowledge about wine by getting their Level 1 Sommelier Certification from the Court of Master Sommeliers, the company announced. Among the graduates are Jackie Lara, banquet manager at Hugo's; Raul Vega, server at Hugo's; Humberto Escamilla, server at Caracol; Eduardo Lopez, server at Caracol; Manuel Higinio, server at Xochi; Elvis Espinoza, general manager at Xochi; and German Cua, server at Caracol.
